We are heartbroken to learn of the tragic loss of a student in the Borger ISD community. As fellow Bulldogs, our thoughts and prayers are with the student’s family, friends, staff, and everyone affected by this devastating loss.
Plainview ISD stands united with Borger ISD during this difficult time. To honor the student and their favorite color, we encourage all students, staff, and community members to wear PINK on Monday, January 27th.

Applications are now open for the 7th Annual H-E-B UIL Scholarship for Texas students participating in athletics, music, or academics. This is a chance for your senior to win a $2,000 scholarship!
📅 Deadline to Apply: January 31, 2025
Eligibility Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 3.3 GPA
✔️ Documentation of Community Service Hours completed in the last 12 months
✔️ Community Service Verification Letters
✔️ A Letter of Recommendation
✔️ A Short Essay (500 words or less) on: “What does Community mean to you?”
🏆 15 Winners Total (5 each in music, academics, and athletics) will be announced during the 2025 UIL Basketball State Championships in March.

Plainview I.S.D. will delay class start until 10 o’clock. Buses will run at 9 o’clock. Please bundle your little ones before sending them outside.
