🐾❤️ ATTENDANCE MATTERS, BULLDOGS! ❤️🐾 Parents, here’s a number we want everyone to remember: 3️⃣! 📌 3 Parent Notes PER SEMESTER ➡️ Each parent note can excuse one day. 🩺 3 DAYS TO TURN IN DOCTOR NOTES ➡️ Doctor notes excuse the days your student visits the doctor, but remember to get the note to the office within 3 days of returning to school. 🕊️ UP TO 3 DAYS FOR FUNERAL & GRIEVANCE ➡️ These require a parent note plus an obituary. The event begins at 6:00 PM in the PHS auditorium. Families will learn about the different programs of study PHS offers as students begin exploring potential career paths.

School picture day at Plainview Junior High is scheduled for September 11. We will send a callout and text message the week of September 8 as a reminder.

PJHS will host its Meet the Teacher Night and a Title I meeting on August 26 at 6:00 PM. We hope to see you there!

Drop-off and pick-up information for Plainview Junior High

Students will be able to pick up schedules and badges for the 2025-2026 school year on August 11. Seventh grade schedule pick up will take place from 9:00-11:00. Eighth grade schedule pick up will take place from 1:30-3:30.

Attention Incoming Freshman Boys: There will be a basketball meeting for all students interested in playing during the 2025–2026 season. 📍 Location: PHS Gymnasium 📅 Date: Tuesday, May 27 🕠 Time: 5:30 PM
