🎶 CONGRATULATIONS, LILIANA NAVA! 🎶

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Liliana, a Plainview High School senior, who has earned a spot in the All-State Choir and will perform at Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) this February.

This is no small accomplishment. The All-State process is extremely grueling and competitive, beginning with more than 19,000 students across Texas. Through multiple rounds of auditions, Liliana’s dedication, talent, and work ethic set her apart.

Her achievement is a true testament to countless hours of practice, perseverance, and passion for music. We are so proud of her hard work and commitment and can’t wait to see her represent PHS on the state stage!

Thank you to Western Bank for supporting Plainview ISD! 💙

Today, Western Bank visited Plainview ISD to share the impact of their Community Card Program, which they have partnered with us on. Through this program, PISD received a $300 check for 2025 debit card usage — representing a 150% increase since the partnership began.

Western Bank’s Community Card Program allows anyone in the community — including kid accounts — to use a PISD mascot debit card, and with every swipe, Western Bank gives back to PISD at no cost to the cardholder. For each swipe 2 cents is given back to PISD. Many other districts have this program in place too!

We are grateful to Western Bank for investing in our schools and thankful to our community for supporting PISD in such a simple, meaningful way. If you’re looking for a great way to give back to PISD, reach out to Western Bank to set up an account today.

The Certification Wall Mount serves as a public symbol of accomplishment, honoring our students’ hard work, skills, and readiness for the future workforce. We are so proud of our CTE students and programs for reaching this milestone!

This morning, our Early Learning Center got a little extra magical ✨ Our principal Mrs. Rodriguez and assistant principal Mrs. Aycock surprised students as Elf on the Shelf, waving from the ROOFTOP and spreading big smiles all around! The ELC is more than a school, it's a joyful, welcoming place where learning is fun and students are loved. ✨🎄
