This past board meeting, we recognized Board Appreciation Month and honored our board members. Campuses created appreciation posters, and each board member was presented with a small token of thanks for their continued service and dedication to our district.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Liliana, a Plainview High School senior, who has earned a spot in the All-State Choir and will perform at Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) this February.
This is no small accomplishment. The All-State process is extremely grueling and competitive, beginning with more than 19,000 students across Texas. Through multiple rounds of auditions, Liliana’s dedication, talent, and work ethic set her apart.
Her achievement is a true testament to countless hours of practice, perseverance, and passion for music. We are so proud of her hard work and commitment and can’t wait to see her represent PHS on the state stage!
