Sarah Williams is a diligent professional who is passionate about education and the students of Plainview. During her career, Sarah has excelled at classroom management, curriculum development, professional collaboration, staff management, and restorative discipline. Sarah has consistently demonstrated leadership, organization, and teamwork in her former role as a Middle School Assistant Principal.
Sarah is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University, earning a Master of Educational Administration in 2018.
Sarah taught Grades 3 & 4 at Highland Elementary School for several years before accepting an administrative position at Coronado Middle School in 2019. Sarah now serves as the Principal at Plainview Central Elementary.

Amanda Aycock - Assistant Principal
Mrs. Amanda Aycock is in her 11th year in education, all of which she has proudly spent with Plainview ISD. She earned her degree in Elementary Education from Texas Tech University and later completed her Master’s degree at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Mrs. Aycock finds joy in working alongside coworkers who feel like family and values the strong sense of community at PISD. The district has been a source of support not only for her but also for her husband, who also teaches and coaches in the district, and their three children, all of whom attend PISD schools. The opportunities her family has experienced through PISD have been truly exceptional.
Family is at the heart of Mrs. Aycock’s life. She and her husband are the proud parents of three children: Avery, an 8th grader; Mason, a 3rd grader; and Blake, a Kindergartener. Together, they cherish family time at home, attending and participating in sporting events, and traveling to create lasting memories.

Janelle Styne - Assistant Principal
Mrs. Janelle Styne is in her 19th year in education, with all but one semester spent with Plainview ISD. She began her career teaching at Ryder High School in Wichita Falls, Texas, before joining PISD. Over the years, she has served as a 3rd-grade teacher, math specialist, instructional coach, and Coordinator for Elementary Teaching and Learning. She now proudly serves as an assistant principal.
Mrs. Styne earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Wayland Baptist University in December 2005 and completed her Master of Educational Leadership degree in January 2019.
She enjoys being part of a district that values teamwork and collaboration. For Mrs. Styne, contributing to PISD’s shared mission of advancing education is a rewarding experience. Watching students learn, grow, and succeed—celebrating even the smallest milestones as big victories—is her greatest joy.
Mrs. Styne has been married to her husband, Chris, the choir director at Plainview Junior High, for 18 years. Together, they have four wonderful children, including Marleigh, Presleigh, Ryder, and Cooper. In her free time, she cherishes spending time with her family and engaging in her personal hobbies.
